Privacy notice
This notice explains what data the Club Card website (getclubcard.com) collects, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights. Club Card is a brand of North Agency, which is responsible for that data.
What data we collect
Only what you give us in the contact form: your name, your business name, the type of business, your city, your WhatsApp number, your email and the message you write. Along with each submission we log the IP address, the approximate country it was sent from and the date, to detect abuse.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and whatever you tell us in the conversation.
What we use it for
To answer your inquiry, show you how your business's club would look and, if you sign up, set up your account and support you as a customer. We don't sell your data or use it for anything else.
Who it's shared with
With the providers that keep the website and email running: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and delivers the form, and Google, where the message reaches our inbox. If you use WhatsApp, Meta's terms also apply. These providers may process the data outside your country.
How long we keep it
For as long as our sales conversation lasts and, if you sign up, for as long as you're a customer. If you don't sign up, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it or object to our use of it. Message us on WhatsApp at +52 55 6897 6898 or through the form, telling us what you need, and we'll reply within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you can also go to your country's data protection authority. If you're in the European Union, you also have the rights granted by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to take your data with you.
The basis for using your data is the consent you give when you submit the form and, if you sign up, your business relationship with us.
Each club's members
The data of customers who join a business's club (for example, Giorgini's club) is managed by that business, under its own privacy notice. Club Card processes it on the business's behalf and doesn't share it with anyone.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll post the new version on this page with its date.
