Giorgini Panetteria: a bakery's customer club in Tucumán

Giorgini Panetteria is a bakery in Tucumán, Argentina, and it was the first business to use Club Card. Since September 2, 2026, its customers have been collecting stamps on their phones at two locations, and when they fill the card they get a free reward. This page explains how it's set up.

How a customer joins

Each location has a sign on the wall with its own QR code. The customer scans it with their phone, signs in with their Google account or with their email and a code, and leaves their WhatsApp number. At that moment the card is saved on their phone, with Giorgini's branding.

Since the QR code identifies the location, Giorgini knows which shop each member joined at.

What happens at the counter

When the customer pays, they show their code and the employee scans it with the shop's phone. The stamp appears on the customer's card by itself. Customers get one stamp per visit and per day, so nobody fills the card in a single purchase.

At 8 stamps the card is complete and the customer asks for their reward. The shop decides what it gives away. The staff has a short handbook with each location's QR code and the counter rules, so any new employee knows what to do.

What Giorgini sees

The brand dashboard shows members, stamps and rewards for both locations. Every action is logged with the date, the location and who added it, so no extra stamps get handed out.

Each member also goes into Giorgini's CRM with their name, WhatsApp number and location. For the first time, the bakery knows who its regulars are and can reach out to them.

What other businesses can take from it

  • One QR code per shop is enough to keep each location's data separate.
  • A simple rule (one stamp per visit, a goal of 8) can be explained in one sentence at the register.
  • If the shop picks the reward, it can change it based on what's available that day or that season.
