Best stamp card apps for coffee shops in 2026: a comparison with prices

In short: if you want to do it yourself and pay little, Mexico has self-service options from 149 pesos a month (Sellito) with Apple and Google Wallet. If you want it set up for you, Tago includes setup at no cost. Stamp Me and Loopy Loyalty are the global benchmarks, in English. Club Card, the product behind this site, costs USD 69 a month and includes setup by the team and a customer CRM, but on iPhone it works in the browser, not in Apple Wallet.

Club Card's card, counter app, dashboard and signup are in Spanish only.

This comparison is written by Club Card, so we have a stake in it. To let you judge it, the criteria and the source for each price are in plain view. All prices were taken from each product's official page on October 22, 2026 and may change.

How we evaluated

Six criteria, designed for a coffee shop or bakery with one to three locations:

  1. Entry plan price, as listed on the official page.
  2. Wallets: Google Wallet, Apple Wallet or browser only.
  3. Who sets it up: self-service or setup done by the provider.
  4. Language: whether the product and support are in Spanish.
  5. Customer data: whether there's a customer base or CRM, and whether it can be exported.
  6. Requirements: whether it requires its own point of sale (POS) system.

We didn't evaluate which one "retains more customers": there's no comparable public data, and any figure like that would be made up.

What suits your case

You want the lowest cost and don't mind setting it up

Sellito or Promolu. They're from Mexico, charge in pesos and have Apple and Google Wallet. In exchange, you handle the design, the sign and staff training yourself.

You want it handed to you ready to go

Tago and Club Card include setup. Tago charges in pesos and adds Apple Wallet. Club Card charges in dollars and includes a CRM with each customer's data and the active and dormant members dashboard.

You already use a POS system

First check whether your POS has a loyalty feature. Loyverse offers free points inside its system. Fudo, widely used in Argentina, has no points program: it stores the customer base and allows per-customer discounts on its Avanzado and Pro plans.

Your customers are English-speaking tourists

Loopy Loyalty and Stamp Me are in English. Club Card is in Spanish only: the card, the counter and the dashboard.

Why Club Card is different

Club Card isn't the cheapest. It's a bundle: a stamp card in Google Wallet, a customer CRM and setup done by us, for USD 69 a month. We estimate that buying those pieces separately costs around USD 199 a month (a CRM at about USD 100, a card at about USD 49 and about USD 50 of management and setup); it's our own estimate, not a measured market price.

What it does today:

  • The customer scans the QR, joins with Google or email and collects one stamp per visit.
  • On Android they save the card to Google Wallet, which updates itself. On iPhone they use it from the browser.
  • Staff stamp by scanning the code with the shop's phone; the database allows one stamp per member per day.
  • The dashboard shows new members, who comes back within 30 days and who stopped coming, and exports CSV.
  • The brand can set stamps for leaving a review on Google Maps or TripAdvisor; the counter grants them, once per card.
  • Optional, priced separately: an AI WhatsApp chatbot and email campaigns.
  • Real case: Giorgini Panetteria, a bakery in Tucumán, at two locations since September 2, 2026 (case).

What it doesn't do: it doesn't save the card to Apple Wallet and has no English version.

How to choose in 15 minutes

  1. Count what share of your customers use iPhone. In Mexico, 28% of phones run iOS; in Argentina, 13% (StatCounter, September 2026). If it's much higher at your shop, prioritize Apple Wallet.
  2. Decide whether you'll set it up yourself or would rather have it done.
  3. Check whether you need customer data to invite them back.
  4. Compare the total price for the year, not just the first month.
