Price over a year

With published prices: Loopy Starter on the annual plan is 250 dollars. Club Card is USD 828 a year, or USD 708 the first year with the founder price.

Loopy is quite a bit cheaper. The difference is in what each one does for you. With Loopy you design the card, set the rules, print the sign and train the staff. With Club Card we do that, and you also get the CRM. We estimate those pieces cost around USD 199 a month separately; it's our own estimate.

Apple Wallet: the biggest difference

Loopy saves the card to Apple Wallet and Club Card doesn't. With Club Card, iPhone customers use their card from the browser, with its code, and the stamp is added just the same.

To decide, look at your customers. StatCounter puts iOS at 28% of phones in Mexico and 13% in Argentina for September 2026. If most of your customers use iPhone, Loopy has the edge.

Language

Loopy is in English. Club Card is in Spanish only, on the card, the counter and the dashboard. For Spanish-speaking staff, explaining the program at the register is easier with everything in their language.

What happens with the data

In Club Card each member is recorded with their data, and the dashboard shows who comes back within 30 days and who hasn't come in for 60. You can export the list. Promotions only reach those who agreed to receive them.

Loopy has no built-in CRM: data moves to other tools through Zapier or Make.

Day to day at the counter

In both cases the customer shows a code and the staff scans it. In Club Card the scanner installs as an app on the shop's phone, adds the stamp and hands out the reward from the same screen, and a "Lo de hoy" (today) section lists the day's activity. The database allows only one stamp per member per day across all locations, which keeps a table or a large order from filling the card at once. Every stamp is logged with date, location and employee.

When a stamp leaves the member one visit from the reward, the Google Wallet pass shows "Te falta 1 sello" (1 stamp to go) and the phone chimes. On the web card, the alert appears as text.
